WWE 2K26 Patch 1.20 Live: $9.99 Street Fighter Pack, Final Season 6 Pass, and 9 New Superstars

WWE 2K26 Patch 1.20 Street Fighter Elite Pack Rey Mysterio Ryu and Season 6

The squared circle in WWE 2K26 is getting one of its wildest shake-ups of the year today. Rolled out by Visual Concepts and 2K across PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam, Patch 1.20 lays the foundation for two simultaneous content drops: the launch of Ringside Pass Season 6, which marks the sixth and final seasonal pass for the game, and a first-ever crossover with Capcom in the WWE 2K26 x Street Fighter Elite Pack. Between nine playable fighters, fireballs flying across the turnbuckles, and key mode fixes, here is everything packed into the update.

WWE 2K26 x Street Fighter Elite Pack: Hadokens, Psycho Crushers, and 5 Reimagined Superstars for $9.99

Inspired directly by the Mattel Elite Collection WWE x Street Fighter action figure line and timed to celebrate the theatrical release of the live-action Street Fighter movie and its wave of gaming crossovers, this standalone DLC pack is available now for $9.99 (€9.99). Players should note before checking out that 2K is selling this crossover strictly as a separate purchase, meaning it is not included in any existing Season Pass or premium edition bundles.

Rather than settling for simple costume swaps, Visual Concepts built full arcade movesets, custom entrance animations, stage themes, and jumbotron visuals for five WWE Superstars stepping into the boots of iconic Capcom world warriors:

  • Rey Mysterio as Ryu: Dressed in the white gi of the wandering warrior, the master of the 619 channels spiritual ki energy inside the ring to fire off Ryu's signature Shinku Hadoken and sweep rivals with the spinning Tatsumaki Senpukyaku.
  • Dominik Mysterio as Ken: Bringing the ultimate father-son rivalry into the Street Fighter universe, Dominik steps up as Ryu's fiery best friend and rival, armed with the flaming Shoryuken, spinning Dragonlash, and OD Jinrai combo.
  • The Rock ("Final Boss") as M. Bison: WWE's Final Boss merges with Shadaloo's ruthless dictator. Wearing M. Bison's iconic red military uniform and cape, The Rock harnesses Psycho Power to flatten opponents with the Psycho Crusher, Double Knee Press, and Devil Reverse.
  • Ultimate Warrior as Blanka: Matching his trademark intensity with green skin and feral agility, Ultimate Warrior shocks the ring using Blanka's Electric Thunder and Rolling Attack.
  • Bianca Belair as Cammy: Trading braids with Delta Red's elite operative, the EST of WWE brings Cammy's razor-sharp speed to the mat with devastating Spiral Arrow and Spin Knuckle strikes.

Even better for Creation Suite builders, every single signature move, entrance animation, jumbotron video, and classic Street Fighter stage track from the pack can be freely assigned to custom fighters in Create-a-Superstar and Create-an-Entrance. The DLC also bundles 15 additional Create-a-Superstar gear parts inspired by Akuma, Vega, Chun-Li, Ryu, and M. Bison.

Ringside Pass Season 6: The Natural Disasters, Royce Keys, Octagón Jr., and Bray Wyatt '23

Alongside the Capcom crossover, Patch 1.20 kicks off Ringside Pass Season 6, officially closing out the seasonal roadmap for WWE 2K26 (included with the Monday Night War Edition and Season Pass, or $9.99 standalone). Players on the Premium Track immediately unlock four playable Superstars at Tier 1:

  • The Natural Disasters (Earthquake and Typhoon): WWE Hall of Famers and former tag-team champions, the powerhouse duo returns with a combined weight topping 900 pounds (over 400 kg) to dominate the tag division.
  • Royce Keys: The breakout WWE sensation makes an official franchise debut in WWE 2K26.
  • Octagón Jr.: A veteran of AAA and former Latin American and World Trios Champion, bringing high-flying lucha libre precision to the roster.

Climbing further up the Season 6 Premium ladder unlocks two standout Persona cards: Masked AJ Styles at Tier 33 (featuring the custom mask from his famed appearance in Osaka, Japan) and Bray Wyatt '23 at Tier 40, sporting his neon-painted skull mask from the 2023 Royal Rumble. The Premium Track also adds new moves including the Hellbound, Butterfly Destroyer, and Kata-Ha Jime 1, alongside six clothing pieces such as the Stone Cold Culture Kings Steve Austin T-shirt, purple Chalk Line ECW OG hoodie, and Bray Wyatt leather jacket.

Players sticking to the Free Track can still earn three retro Persona cards at no cost: AJ Styles Retro, Rhea Ripley '20, and Eddie Guerrero '05, along with Virtual Currency (VC) bundles and MyFACTION rewards.

Full WWE 2K26 Patch 1.20 Notes: Universe Mode, The Island, and Entrance Updates

Beyond expanding the roster for the wrestling giant that recently stepped back from its Vice City trademark out of respect for publishing partner Take-Two, Visual Concepts detailed several targeted fixes in the official 1.20 patch notes:

  • Entrances & Cutscenes: Added individual entrance motions for Earthquake, Typhoon, Royce Keys, and Octagón Jr., a dedicated tag-team entrance for The Natural Disasters, and all five Mattel Street Fighter crossover entrances.
  • Universe Mode: Fixed a community-reported bug affecting the animation camera during match and cutscene transitions.
  • The Island: Stocked new items in the hub shop, including early holiday-themed customization gear.
  • General Stability: Implemented under-the-hood stability and performance optimizations across all platforms.

My Take

Make no mistake: watching Rey Mysterio hurl a full-blown Shinku Hadoken across the ring or seeing The Rock torpedo through the air with a Psycho Crusher in M. Bison's cape is the exact kind of unapologetic arcade chaos modern wrestling games have been missing for years. Letting players slap those supernatural moves onto any custom fighter in the Creation Suite guarantees community uploads are going to be an absolute blast tonight, while old-school fans finally get to wreck the ring with Earthquake and Typhoon.

Still, locking the Street Fighter pack behind a separate $9.99 paywall outside the Season Pass and every deluxe edition on the exact same day Season 6 wraps up the game's seasonal roadmap is classic 2K monetization. The Mattel nostalgia and Capcom movesets are undeniably fun in the ring, even if double-dipping into players' wallets right at the finish line stings a bit.
