The clue provides all the directions needed. The roaring streets refer to the bustling Times Square hub, while the station steps lead straight down into the subway platforms below street level.
Exact Location of Star 10 in Times Square
To grab the tenth star quickly, jump into the Times Square hub from the main menu. Head toward the far end of the square, moving past the central Captain America monument and giant billboards.
Locate the wide staircases that lead down into the subway station. Walk down the steps, pass through the turnstiles, and head immediately to the right side of the train platform.
The glowing golden star is tucked directly underneath the metal staircase frame against the wall. Simply approach the star and interact with it to complete your tenth daily mission on the spot.
