114 Tracks for Pokémon Legends: Z-A and Missing DLC: Every Game Soundtrack on Nintendo Music in October 2026

First launched at the end of October 2024 for Nintendo Switch Online members, the Nintendo Music (iOS / Android) smart device and web application is celebrating its second anniversary with a major catalog expansion on October 29, 2026. Nintendo has officially added the soundtrack for Pokémon Legends: Z-A (spanning both the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 Edition releases), delivering 114 tracks and 4 hours and 17 minutes of music.
While the entire base game soundtrack set across Lumiose City is now available for streaming and offline playback, longtime fans have quickly spotted a notable omission: tracks composed for the Mega Dimension expansion are not included in today's drop. Here is a full breakdown of the latest update alongside the complete list of game soundtracks available across every console generation.
114 Tracks from Lumiose City, But Zero Music from the Mega Dimension DLC
Just hours after trainers began claiming their rewards from the Mystery Gift Spewpa distribution and the 660,000-point Vivillon challenge, Game Freak's urban adventure has landed on iOS, Android, and the Nintendo Music web player. The 114-track playlist covers every district of Lumiose City, from bustling daytime avenues to wild redevelopment zones.
However, whereas the commercial Super Music Complete physical CD release bundles the main campaign and its expansion together, today's streaming rollout leaves out the Mega Dimension DLC soundtrack. Listeners hoping to loop the Hyperspace ambient themes or the Rogue Mega boss battle tracks inside the official app will have to wait for a separate update.
- Album Size: 114 tracks from the Pokémon Legends: Z-A base game, totaling 4 hours and 17 minutes of runtime.
- Featured Highlights: The signature Lumiose City theme, dynamic day-and-night exploration arrangements, and trainer battle themes.
- Supported App Features: Extended playback loops (5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes), offline smart device downloads, and the built-in Spoiler Prevention filter.
- Missing Content: All jingles, ambient pieces, and boss themes exclusive to the Mega Dimension expansion are absent from the October 29 release.

My Perspective
As someone who pays close attention to how musical direction shapes the emotional memory of a game world, having 114 tracks from Pokémon Legends: Z-A ready to stream is a wonderful treat. The brassy arrangements and shifting street melodies of Lumiose City fit right into the app's 30-minute and 60-minute extended playback loops during long writing sessions.
That said, holding back the Mega Dimension DLC tracks feels needlessly fragmented when the physical Japanese album already packages the complete score together. As Nintendo Music enters its third year with a strong Nintendo Switch 2 foundation, I hope Nintendo stops splitting up expanded soundtracks and finally opens the floodgates for the GameCube and Game Boy Advance libraries, which still have so many masterpieces waiting in the vault.
