One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 Is Delisting the Film: Red Anime Song Pack and All 7 Ado Tracks on November 25

Music licensing agreements continue to dictate the shelf life of anime game expansions. In an official statement, Bandai Namco Entertainment announced that the One Piece Film: Red Anime Song Pack DLC for One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 will be permanently delisted from all digital storefronts in late November 2026.

Digital Distribution Ends on November 25 Across Console and PC Storefronts

According to Bandai Namco's official schedule, sales of the musical add-on will conclude on Thursday, November 26, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. JST, which translates to the evening of Wednesday, November 25, 2026 across North American and European time zones (midnight UTC on November 26). The removal arrives exactly three years after the DLC originally launched alongside the game's Film: Red content wave in late 2023.

The delisting applies across every platform where the Omega Force-developed action game is available: PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam (as well as the Microsoft Store). Once the deadline passes, the $9.99 standalone music pack will no longer be available for purchase on the PlayStation Store, Nintendo eShop, Xbox Store, or Steam.

Full Tracklist of the 7 Ado (Uta) Songs Being Removed

Praised by fans of the theatrical blockbuster, the One Piece Film: Red Anime Song Pack lets players replace the standard instrumental battle themes with seven vocal songs performed by Japanese vocalist Ado as the singing diva Uta via the pre-battle preparation screen. Here is the complete list of tracks included in the pack:

  • New Genesis (Shin Jidai, produced by Yasutaka Nakata)
  • I'm Invincible (Watashi wa Saikou, written by Mrs. Green Apple)
  • Backlight (Gyakkou, written and composed by Vaundy)
  • Fleeting Lullaby (Utakata Lullaby, composed by Fake Type.)
  • Tot Musica (composed by Hiroyuki Sawano)
  • The World's Continuation (Sekai no Tsuzuki, composed by Yuta Orisaka)
  • Where the Wind Blows (Kaze no Yukue, composed by Motohiro Hata)

Existing Owners Keep Full Access and Character DLC Remains Unaffected

Bandai Namco emphasized that anyone who already owns the One Piece Film: Red Anime Song Pack or purchases it prior to the November 25 cutoff will retain permanent access to the tracks. Players will still be able to redownload and use the music pack at any time from their digital library, including when upgrading to the native PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions released in late 2025.

Furthermore, this expiration strictly affects the licensed vocal tracks. The separate One Piece Film: Red Character Pack (part of Character Pass 2), which adds playable fighters Uta, Shanks (Film: Red), and Koby (Film: Red), is completely unaffected by the removal and will remain on sale alongside the game's newer expansions and recent franchise spin-offs such as One Piece: Grand Gourmet on Switch and PC.

My Take

The upcoming removal of all seven of Ado's vocal tracks from digital storefronts is another frustrating reminder of how short-lived licensed soundtracks can be in modern video games. In a fast-paced musou title like One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4, clearing thousands of enemies while Backlight or Tot Musica blasts in the background completely elevates the energy of a match, especially when playing as Uta or Shanks. With Bandai Namco still actively supporting the game six years after launch through native current-gen upgrades and Character Pass 3, it is a shame that music licensing windows remain locked to three-year contracts. If you enjoy the movie's soundtrack, I strongly recommend grabbing this DLC before November 25.
