120,000 Wishlists and a Peripeteia Crossover: Survival TPS ANOMALITH Hits Steam Next Fest Ahead of Its October 29 Launch

With less than ten days remaining before its global debut, the survival horror third-person shooter from FuRyu Corporation and Winning Entertainment Group is gaining serious traction on Valve's storefront. As October's Steam Next Fest gets underway, the development team announced on Steam that ANOMALITH has officially surpassed 120,000 wishlists, while confirming a launch collaboration with the cyberpunk immersive sim Peripeteia.
From 90,000 to 120,000 Wishlists in Days: The Demo Momentum
Player interest has surged rapidly since the rollout of ANOMALITH's playable demo on PS5, Switch 2, and Steam earlier this month. Across all three platforms, the trial version has already logged more than 50,000 completed play sessions, with players defeating the demo's Bleicher Geist boss over 50,000 times.
That growth outpaced the publisher's own production schedule. A celebratory video message featuring voice actresses Hitomi Ueda (who voices protagonist Reona Minazuki) and Natsumi Haruse (Arisa Kato) was originally recorded after Tokyo Game Show to commemorate the 100,000-wishlist mark, only for the total to climb past 120,000 wishlists by the time the video went live on October 20, 2026.

ANOMALITH x Peripeteia: Showa-Era Liminal Horror Meets Post-Soviet Cyberpunk
To coincide with the full release of ANOMALITH, FuRyu unveiled an official Steam collaboration with Peripeteia, the cyberpunk immersive sim developed and published by Warsaw-based independent studio Ninth Exodus. The crossover bridges two cult-styled PC projects that share a fondness for gritty retro-futuristic atmosphere, tactical inventory management, and oppressive architectural spaces.
While ANOMALITH sends 17-year-old investigator Reona Minazuki into gravity-defying "Otherworlds" across an alternate Showa-era Japan penned by scenario writer Romeo Tanaka and scored by composer Yuka Kitamura (Elden Ring, Bloodborne), Peripeteia casts players as Marie, a cyborg mercenary navigating an alternate-history Poland through stealth, hacking, negotiation, and high-stakes gunfights.

While specific details on the crossover content or bundle structure will be shared closer to launch, the partnership creates an immediate bridge between two dedicated PC audiences.
Official Creator Fan Kit and Full Monetization Clearance for Streamers
In a crowded PC landscape where Steam has already surpassed 21,388 game releases in 2026, standing out during Steam Next Fest (running through October 26, 2026) depends heavily on creator visibility. FuRyu is leaning directly into livestreamers for the game's final pre-release event.
Alongside the updated Next Fest build, the publisher released its official Streaming and Posting Guidelines together with a free downloadable Fan Kit packed with logos, character art by illustrator MON, and liminal background assets for thumbnails and stream overlays. Content creators are explicitly cleared to monetize their gameplay videos and livestreams on YouTube and Twitch through official platform partner programs.
"Whether you have already played the demo or will be trying it for the first time, don't miss this opportunity to experience the latest demo during our final pre-release event! We have also published our Streaming and Posting Guidelines so that everyone can confidently create gameplay videos and livestream the game."
Players who clear the updated demo on Steam can also unlock one of three "Armed Schoolgirl" outfit sets included as a Digital Deluxe Edition bonus. ANOMALITH launches globally on October 28/29, 2026 for PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2.
