Marvel Snap Knights of Avalon November 2026 Season Arthur Pendragon Merlin Captain Britain

Second Dinner has officially unveiled Season 54 of Marvel Snap, titled Knights of Avalon. Running from November 3 through November 30, 2026, the new season blends Arthurian legend, mythical weaponry, sorcery, and Marvel's British supernatural lore. Featuring seasonal artwork by Joshua Raphael, the update revolves around two primary deck-building engines: discounting and buffing 4-Cost or higher cards, and scaling cards with increased Power across the board.

November 2026 New Card Release Schedule Week by Week

Alongside the major AAA launches featured in our November 2026 video game release calendar, the Round Table in Marvel Snap expands with four weekly Series 5 Seasonal SNAP Pack releases and two Series 4 cards earned directly through limited-time game modes.

Week 1 (Starting November 3): Captain Britain and Mordred

  • Captain Britain (Series 5, releases November 3, 2-Cost / 2-Power): After you play a 4-Cost or more card, give it +1 Power and a card in your hand -1 Cost. He acts as both a power buffer and an energy cheat engine for heavy decks.
  • Mordred (Series 4, Sanctum Showdown event from November 5 to 12, 3-Cost / 4-Power): Ongoing: +2 Power for each higher-Cost card here, allowing him to scale up to a 3-Cost 10-Power threat in a lane stacked with 4-Cost or higher allies.

Week 2 (Starting November 10): Lancelot

  • Lancelot (Series 5, releases November 10, 4-Cost / 6-Power): Ongoing: Your cards with increased Power have +1 Power. He slots naturally into hand-buff and board-buff archetypes alongside Captain Britain, Gwenpool, Galacta, and Elsa Bloodstone.

Week 3 (Starting November 17): Elder Dragon of the Moon and Knight's Vow

  • Elder Dragon of the Moon (Series 5, releases November 17, 9-Cost / 12-Power): Costs 1 less for each of your cards in play with increased Power. In a dedicated buff deck, this massive 12-Power dragon can easily drop to 3 or 4 Energy for an explosive final turn.
  • Knight's Vow (Series 4 Skill Card, Draft mode reward starting November 19, 2-Cost / 0-Power): On Reveal: Give a 4-Cost or more character in your hand -1 Cost and a 3-Cost or less one +3 Power.

Week 4 (Starting November 24): Sir Percy Black Knight

  • Sir Percy Black Knight (Series 5, releases November 24, 6-Cost / 9-Power): Costs 1 less for each other 4-Cost or more card you have in hand, offering a flexible powerhouse for top-heavy lists.

My Take on the Knights of Avalon Season

Looking closely at the Season 54 lineup, I love how Second Dinner is breathing fresh life into 4-Cost midrange shells. Ever since Zabu went through multiple reworks, dedicated 4-Cost decks needed a cohesive anchor that could both smooth out energy curves and put real numbers on the board. Pairing Captain Britain on turn two with Arthur Pendragon on turn four immediately bridges both themes of the season: Arthur pulls Excalibur for free to represent 7 total Power right away while granting a blanket +2 Ongoing buff to every other 4-Cost or higher card you play, which in turn triggers Captain Britain's hand discount.

I also appreciate that two genuinely playable synergy pieces, Mordred and Knight's Vow, are placed directly on the reward tracks of Sanctum Showdown and Draft mode. Being able to unlock two Series 4 cards purely by playing the best limited-time modes of the month is a great win for players saving their Collector's Tokens ahead of the holiday seasons.
