Long sightlines dominate the exterior roads, while blasted walls open flanking routes into interior rooms. Elevated power positions include the roof of the Stronghold House and the upper floors of the Sniper House, Grandpa's House, and the Destroyed Building.

Canyon shifts the fight to sun-scorched desert terrain trapped between towering rock walls. Squads can push along the River near the Convoy Ambush site, flank along the rugged Cliff Path, slip through the northern Cave into the Abandoned Shack, or climb the central Mesa for commanding sightlines across both ends of the arena.

The GRANIT Arms underground black site (Designation X01) opens along Hajin's northern border in DMZ.

In DMZ, reconnaissance along the North Korean border has uncovered an infiltration point on the edge of Hajin leading into a clandestine GRANIT Arms weapons complex codenamed Designation X01. Fully enclosed underground across multi-floor vertical shafts, X01 features cargo bays, vehicle depots, dimly lit labs, a weapons assembly line, and a sealed Deep Vault guarded by the North Korean 100 Spirits faction and classified interior entities.

My Take

Infinity Ward is leaving zero breathing room after launch: between dropping Possession and Infected right before Halloween, rolling out seven 6v6 maps, launching Hajin and Zodiac in Warzone alongside Verdansk, and opening the X01 underground labyrinth in DMZ, the sheer volume of Season 1 content is massive. The binary trigger on the Cronen Osprey and the explosive-slug JAK 12 are going to turn snowy Shoot House into an absolute meat grinder.

While the new 50-day Battle Pass catch-up system is a genuinely smart consumer-friendly addition, locking the new DMZ Cash weapons vendor behind BlackCell ownership skirts dangerously close to pay-for-convenience in an extraction mode. As long as the best gear stays locked behind The Captain and X01's Deep Vault, the balance should hold, but it is a line Infinity Ward needs to tread carefully.
